• Diploma from the nursing school
• Registered Nurse in the Philippines
• CGFNS, NCLEX, IELTS Certificate
• Visa Screen Certificate
• Valid Passport
• Certificate of Employment & Training/s
• Birth Certificate
• Marriage Certificate (if applicable)
• Transcript of Records
• Copy of I-140 (if applicable)

NOTE: Once USCIS approves the I-140, the files are forwarded to the National Visa Center (NVC) will eventually require other documentations.
